March Madness! College Sports And Graduation Rates

On Al Poynter’s ‘Morning Meeting’ page this week he has links to a variety of official studies and reports about college athletic teams–their graduation rates, funding and fundraising and the financial consequences of March Madness including the gambling problems associated with the tournament. The numbers on graduation rates, especially those concerning the disparity between black and white players, are cause for concern. Read more at:
